12月5日，PLAN A娛樂方面在官方SNS發布了女團Apink特別專輯的預告照，並附文道：「 Apink Special Album [Dear]2016.12.15 00:00.」
照片中，Apink成員們身穿牛仔短褲搭配白色或者黑色的襪子，將美腿伸到一起，盡顯纖細的身材曲線。對此，PLAN A娛樂方面表示：「女團Apink將於12月15日發布首張特別專輯《Dear》。為了報答6年來以不變的愛一直支持Apink的粉絲們，Apink準備了這份特別的禮物。歌曲中，Apink赤誠相待，講出真心故事。」
另外，年末演唱會「PINK PARTY : The Secret Invitation」將於12月17日至18日在首爾獎忠洞獎忠體育館舉辦。
